Refund policy
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We allow returns up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Once past 30 days from your original purchase, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
Items bought on sale are not eligible for return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not receive a refund.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving your order. If you need to exchange the item of equal value or different size, send us an email at info@mobtownmerch.com
Shipping
To return your product, you should click on the returns link at the bottom of the web page mobtownmerch.com. A free shipping label will be provided.
Refund shipping costs are free of charge within 30 days of purchase. However, shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
